Terms of Service
Last updated 26 October 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of DexaOS, including the public website, the clinic application, and the Google Business Profile Growth integration. By creating an account, inviting users, connecting a channel, or connecting Google Business Profile, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
DexaOS is software for dental clinic operations (identity, locations, patients, scheduling, clinical documentation, billing, communications) and optional Growth tools that help a clinic manage its Google Business Profile and related online presence from DexaOS.
Some capabilities are generally available today and others are identified as roadmap in product materials. Growth features depend on Google’s, Meta’s, and other providers’ APIs, quotas, and policies. A third-party outage or an unapproved Google Cloud project does not interrupt unrelated clinical workflows in DexaOS.
DexaOS is not a substitute for professional clinical judgement, emergency care, or a clinic’s own legal, tax, or DPDP compliance programme.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must be authorized to bind the dental organization you represent. Clinic users must be invited or provisioned by that organization. SaaS Operators who connect Google OAuth or platform channels must be authorized to manage the DexaOS Google Cloud project, the platform Google account, and any WhatsApp or Instagram connections they configure.
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials, configuring roles and location scope, and promptly revoking access when staff leave.
3. Clinic responsibilities
The clinic remains responsible for the lawfulness of patient records it enters, including consent, notices, and any duty it has as the organization providing dental care. DexaOS does not practise dentistry and does not decide treatment.
You must not use DexaOS to send unlawful, misleading, or unsolicited communications. WhatsApp and other channel messages must comply with Meta’s and the applicable provider’s policies, including template and opt-out rules.
Publishable Growth content must be authored and submitted by an authorized user. DexaOS does not invent prices, clinical outcomes, or endorsements.
4. Google Business Profile integration
The clinic remains the Owner of its Google Business Profile. DexaOS does not require ownership transfer. The clinic adds the DexaOS platform Google account as Manager for each listing it wants to connect, then an authorized clinic user maps that listing to a DexaOS location.
You must comply with Google’s own terms, including the Google APIs Terms of Service, Google Business Profile terms, and content policies for reviews, posts, and photos. You are responsible for the accuracy of listing information and for any content staff publish through DexaOS.
OAuth for this product is performed by DexaOS operators for the platform Google user. Clinic users do not paste Google passwords into DexaOS.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt to access another organization’s data, bypass permission or location-scope controls, scrape Google or Meta APIs except through the product, upload malware, or publish content that is unlawful, misleading, or clinically deceptive.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and Google user data, including Limited Use of Google API data. The Privacy Policy is part of these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
DexaOS and its software, design, and documentation remain our intellectual property (or that of our licensors). You retain rights in your clinic content, patient records you lawfully hold, and your Google Business Profile content. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the service.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted Google, Meta, or other API access, search ranking, review volume, or any particular marketing result. Growth analytics are not medical records.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for losses caused by Google, Meta, internet providers, or your configuration of roles and Manager access. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid for DexaOS in the three months before the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Growth by unmapping locations, removing Manager access in Google, or asking an operator to revoke OAuth. You may stop using a communications channel by disconnecting it in DexaOS. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unpaid fees, legal risk, or security incidents. On revocation, new Google or channel API calls stop; local drafts and historical records remain subject to the Privacy Policy and any surviving audit obligations.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any non-derogable consumer or data-protection rights.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after the updated date constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent.
